On January 23 2006, Andres, CEO of Intratron Inc. was charged with fraud, conspiracy to comit fraud, conspiracy to pofit from fraud conspiracies, tax evasion, insurance fraud and extortion. District attorney Robert Aldren made a statment to the press stating, " We have more than enough evidence to convict Mr. Andres. "

Amidst these allegation a Ray Leviathon spokesman for Intratron, at a stockholders meeting, reassured investors that, " Andres, will be found completely innocent on all charges, be assured that each and every penny that you have invested into Itratron will be used to obtain this goal."

Andres was mobbed by reporters and laid off emloyees of Intratron outside of a car dealership where he had just purchased a Lambourghini made entirely out of Ferraris and naked supermodels. As the crowd grew anxious and violent at Andres's unwillingness to respond to any questions Andres announced a press conference to he held on Feb 21 in which he would answer all questions.

District attorney Robert Aldren made a statment to the press stating, " We have more than enough evidence to convict Mr. Andres. ", Amidst these allegation a Ray Leviathon spokesman for Intratron, at a stockholders meeting, reassured investors that, " Andres, will be found completely innocent on all charges, be assured that each and every penny that you have invested into Itratron will be used to obtain this goal.", Andres was mobbed by reporters and laid off emloyees of Intratron outside of a car dealership where he had just purchased a Lambourghini made entirely out of Ferraris and naked supermodels.
